I. AUDIO RECORDING
A. Location recording: Including sound engineer / music producer and microphones: Shure SM57 (2), SM58 (2), SM81 (2), classic 55S, 585 (2); and a classic Electro Voice 667A; boom mic stands (5); and 100' mic snake if needed. Rehearsal time is charged, set up and tear down time is not charged.
Mileage charge round trip is 25¢ per mile. There is also an extra charge of $150 per day for a job that is over 100 miles away from Las Vegas. On-call time charge is $25 per hour. $100 or more deposit may be required.1. Apple MacBook Pro and Digidesign Mbox interface (with Focusright mic preamps) running Pro Tools, GarageBand, or Audacity for digital multi-track recording. Two track or stereo recording. Up to 128 total tracks available. $150 per day plus $50 per hour production time. $100 per day additional for mixing board and more than 2 mics mixed to stereo. Files saved to internal or external hard drives.
2. Tascam stereo Digital Audio Tape (DAT) recording with 2 mics. $150 per day plus $50 per hour production time. $50 per day additional for compression, reverb / delay, and aural exciter. $100 per day additional for mixing board and more than 2 mics mixed to stereo. Up to 2 hours per DAT tape. $10 per 1 hour or $15 per 2 hour tape.3. Tascam analog cassette 8-track recording with mics and DBX noise reduction, through a mixer with 10 mic inputs and 10 line inputs. $150 per day plus $50 per hour production time. 22 minutes per tape. $5 per tape.
4. Tascam analog cassette 4-track recording with mics and DBX noise reduction, through a mixer with 6 mic / line inputs. $100 per day plus $50 per hour production time. 22 or 45 minutes per tape. $5 per tape.
5. JVC stereo analog cassette recording with mics and Dolby B, C, or HX Pro noise reduction through a mixer with 3 mic inputs and 2 stereo line inputs. $100 per day plus $50 per hour production time. 45 or 60 minutes per side of tape. $5 per 90 or 120 minute cassette tape. 90 minute cassette tape (45 minutes per side) is recommended because it is thicker and stronger for less stretch and better sound.
6. Location Audio engineer / producer services only (using your equipment), for live or recorded performance, or recording. $50 per day plus $50 per hour production time.
B. Trimordial Studio producing, recording, mixing, or editing: Including sound engineer / music producer, and studio equipment and instruments. Vocal and small / quiet acoustic / electronic instrument recording. Audio work on pre-recorded material. Recording or mix down to MacBook Pro with GarageBand or Audacity, DAT, or cassette. Preparing and transferring material for analog cassette or digital CD-R, DVD-R, MP3, MiniDV video, or other output. $50 per hour production time, with additional charges for material costs.
C. Reproduction: Small quantity (1 ~ 25) duplication for studio customers. CD-R $5 each or DVD-R $10 in a paper sleeve. Add $1 each for slimline jewel case and $2 each for standard jewel case. Add $2 each disc for disc label and $4 each case for front and back jewel case inserts. $50 per hour studio time for any file preparation, handling, and setup. See the Graphics section of the pricing page for information about design and printing disc labels and inserts. I recommend Disc Makers 1-800-468-9353, Oasis 1-866-409-8170, or Odds On 1-877-633-7661 in Las Vegas, for high quantity duplication, tell them that Trimordial Studio sent you.
D. Format transfer: From and to: audio 1/4" reel to reel, audio cassette, video 8 mm, video Hi8, video Mini DV, audio DAT, audio CD, audio / video DVD, video QuickTime, audio MP3, audio AIFF, or audio SD II. $50 per hour production time, with additional charges for material costs.

II. VIDEO PRODUCTION
A. Location MiniDV recording: Including audio / video engineer, Sony 3-CCD (380,000 pixels each chip) MiniDV digital camcorder, using image stabilization or on a tripod, with camera mounted shotgun microphone. Up to 1 hour per tape, no charge for set up and tear down time. 1 digital camera and operator $150 per day plus $50 per hour production time. $10 per 1 hour digital tape.
With a 2 1/2 foot high shooting platform; external laveliere, hand held, or stand mounted microphones; audio mixer; or lights if necessary: add $150 per day.

III. GRAPHIC DESIGN, WEB DESIGN, AND PHOTOGRAPHY
A. Commercial and fine art, and photography: Mac computer graphics, 35mm photography, and other media. Using Photoshop and other programs on Macintosh. In-studio: $50 per hour, Location: $100 per day plus $50 per hour.
Mileage charge round trip is 25¢ per mile. There is also a charge of $150 per day for a job that is over 100 miles away from Las Vegas. On-call time charge is $25 per hour. Film and developing $20 per roll, enlargements: 5x7 $5, 8x10 $15. $100 or more deposit may be required for location work. Ask about large format printing.B. Graphic design: $50 per hour. Using Ashlar Vellum, Photoshop,GIMP, and NeoOffice on Macintosh. Digital output over the internet, CD-R/RW, DVD-R; in Vellum, DXF, or other formats. Paper output in standard sizes also available. CD-R $5 each, CD-RW $10 each, or DVD-R $10 each in paper sleeve plus studio time ($50 per hour).
C. Scanning input: Up to 8.5 x 14 with up to 19,200 dpi (dots per inch) resolution in black and white or millions of colors. Saved in your choice of format. $5 per scan plus studio time ($50 per hour).
D. Computer print outs: Up to 8.5 x 14 (other sizes also available), up to 6000x1200 dpi resolution: Plain paper $3/sheet, plain card stock or inkjet printer paper $4/sheet, gloss inkjet printer paper or transparency $5/sheet, gloss photo paper or adhesive labels $6/sheet, iron on transfer $7/sheet, or magnetic material $8/sheet, plus studio time ($50 per hour). Ask about large format printing.
E. Website design and hosting: A simple page, corresponding to approximately an 8.5" x 11" piece of paper with title, body copy, contact information, several photos or drawings if you want, and invisible HTML (internet language) "meta tags" that help search engines find, rank, and display your page, is now only $300 US. Extra web pages, long pages, page counters, submission to search engines and directories, SEO (search engine optimization), changes to existing web pages, original art, logo design, photography, etc. are made at our current studio rate of $50 US per hour, or other charges as shown on this Trimordial Studio Service & Price Sheet. We have high speed internet access for quick internet work. Note: we don't do Flash, Java, or other advanced web work.
Web page hosting by The FaRo, (www.thefaro.com/yourname.html), is only $150 per year prepaid, which includes one email address, (yourname@thefaro.com).
Website hosting by The FaRo, with your own domain name, (www.yourname.com), and 10 MB space is $250 per year prepaid, which includes three email addresses, (such as anyname@yourname.com).
Website hosting by The FaRo, with your own domain name, (www.yourname.com), and 100 MB space is $500 per year prepaid, which includes 20 email addresses, (such as anyname@yourname.com).
We can register your domain name (yourname.com or .net or .org or .info or .biz) for $15 per year (if it is available).
Extra pages and extra email addresses have an additional charge of $10 each per year.
F. MySpace Setup and Maintenance: We can set up a MySpace account and put together either a personal page or a music page for you with your basic info, your pictures, your music (if it's a music page), and adding about a dozen friends for $300 US. We can also maintain your MySpace page too at our current studio rate of $50 US per hour for updates, adding friends, making comments, forwarding messages to you, etc. Original art, logo design, photography, making MP3s, etc. are also made at the rate of $50 US per hour, or other charges as shown on this Trimordial Studio Service & Price Sheet. Note: we don't do sparkley, moving pages that tend to crash some computers and take a long time to load.
